New circuits
Dedicated circuits for showers, cookers, EV chargers, garages, home offices and high-load appliances.
Wiring & Installations
Installation work is where the electrical side of a building project gets decided. New circuits for an extension, a supply out to a garden room, wiring an attic conversion or bringing an older layout up to how the house is used now — all of it is easier and neater when it is planned before the walls close up.
We take on installation work at a scale that suits a working household: circuits, sub-mains and rewiring of specific areas rather than large-scale contracting.
Dedicated circuits for showers, cookers, EV chargers, garages, home offices and high-load appliances.
First and second fix wiring for extensions, including sockets, lighting, switching and connection back to the board.
Power, lighting and heating supplies for converted spaces, with circuits sized for how the room will be used.
Supplies out to garden rooms, sheds, garages and workshops, with their own distribution and protection where needed.
Rewiring specific areas or circuits where the existing wiring has deteriorated or been altered badly.
Working alongside builders and other trades so cabling is in before plastering and accessories go on afterwards.
The cheapest time to add a circuit is before anything is plastered. Once a room is finished, adding a socket or a lighting point is a chasing and making-good job rather than a cabling one.
If you are at planning stage, it is worth walking through the space with an electrician and deciding where power and light are actually needed — furniture positions, television and desk locations, outdoor points, and whether the board can take the new circuits at all.
Most installation work happens alongside builders, carpenters and plumbers. We are used to fitting into a programme, getting first fix done at the right moment and coming back for second fix rather than holding the job up.
When to call
